It seems all members of MAJESTY have similar abilities to that of those who were kidnapped. Everyone else just had blood or hair taken from them. It was either used to help instigate the abilities being given to the members of MAJESTY or it was intended to give more power or something. Current theory is the arm's being kept somewhere.
